Makes 3/4 cup
- 2 c Canned unsweetened pumpkin
- 2/3 c Packed brown sugar
- 1 Tlbs Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Grated lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp Ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp Ground cloves
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring often, until thickened and darkened. Cool. Store in glass jar in refrigerator for several weeks.
