Crust:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c melted butter
  • mix together (save out 1 cup of mixture)
  • Press into greased 9×13

Filling:

  • 3 c pumpkin (2 cans)
  • 2/3 c brown sugar
  • 2/3 c milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • a little nutmeg, salt, cinnamon, cloves and ginger

Pour over crust, top with 1 cup reserved cake mixture. Bake @ 350 for 45 min. Serve with whipped cream.
