Crust:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c melted butter
- mix together (save out 1 cup of mixture)
- Press into greased 9×13
Filling:
- 3 c pumpkin (2 cans)
- 2/3 c brown sugar
- 2/3 c milk
- 2 beaten eggs
- a little nutmeg, salt, cinnamon, cloves and ginger
Pour over crust, top with 1 cup reserved cake mixture. Bake @ 350 for 45 min. Serve with whipped cream.
