• 4-5 apples peeled and sliced (slightly heaped in crust, more if needed)
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • Cinnamon to taste

Put bottom crust in pie pan. Add apples heaped. Pour the sugar over the apples then the cinnamon on the top. Cover with top crust. Finish edges. Put a few slits on top. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
